If real estate listing potential client does not return your real estate scripts calls.  Try this a subtle approach real estate success.  You can do some investigating to find out who is his or her superior.  With this information, I say to the gatekeeper, It is my understanding that Mr. Real Estate listing client reports to Mr. Boss.  Is that correct?   If the gatekeeper response “yes”.  You then ask the gatekeeper, “What is Mr. Boss phone number or email?”

This tactic is a very effective a subtle approach real estate success.  Because of the verbiage suggest that, if Mr real estate listing prospect does not return my call, I intend to call Mr. Boss his supervisor or the business owner of the company.  Be careful with this approach because it sometimes backfires.
