My real estate clients are all very business and very successful that consequently place a high value on their time.  I know that they rather spend time with their families than speak to me.  Knowing this; I have an unwritten rule.  I only call them when I have something important to tell them.  I have a great property for them to buy or some valuable information that will affect one of their real estate listings.

Great Investment Real Estate Script Lets Talk Business

I have investors that will buy property sight unseen.  Yes, that is correct.  I will inform them of one of my listings.  I will explain that the property is in a good neighborhood.  The rental income potential or that the property is a few blocks away from one other real estate listings that he had purchased from me before.

Knowing this I have an unwritten rule when I contact them.  When I call them our conversations never have small talk.  When I am talking with them, I get right to business.  Over a period of time, they value my time as I value their time.  I have been referred to several very successful sophisticated real estate investors.  They refer me because I always say let’s talk real estate success.
