Once you have got past the gate keepers, you usually run into the voice mail of the target. Here’s the most effective real estate listing script for them to call you back.

After leaving several messages on a real estate listing prospect with no response.  I leave a message that  I need to know the correct spelling of Mr. Real Estate Property Owner.  I am having a beautiful plaque engraved with his name on the award.

The real estate listing prospect will usually call back.  When the real estate listing prospect will call you back.  Ask the listing prospect spell out his or her first and last name letter by letter.  After he or she spells out the name the property owner will ask “what is the award for?”  You answer it’s an award for the most unreturned calls during the past 6 months.

This always gets a laugh,   and go straight into your real estate listing script.
